Buildings are positioned to keep min 20m distance between each other and to form courtyards with different characters. Bulding ground plans are placed both on natural terrain and covered parking.
The plan envisages the ideational unification of the green belt and the creation of a park-type improvement.
An architectural plan has been drawn up for the entire site. Within the framework of the master plan 8 free-standing apartment buildings are planned,
landscaping the area between the buildings and creating a residential quarter that brings a pleasant living environment - open, accessible and safe.
